چكيده
This study is qualitative and quantitative search which sought to understanding of EFL learners learning style, teachers teaching strategy and then investigate the match and match between learning style and teaching strategy .In order to collect data and find learnerʹs learning style ,Reidʹs perceptual learning style Questionnaire was completed by learners. The collected data analyzed using SPSS software. The study had following findings. It showed learners have multiple learning styles. Other factors such as age and gender relationship with learners learning style have been investigated. The main purpose of the study was to investigate learners learning style and teachers teaching strategy. Based on data analysis of research, results indicated that there is no match between learners learning style and teachers teaching strategy. In other words, the observed teachers demonstrated limited strategies in classroom.
Based on the evidence drawn from this study, results revealed teachersʹ inability in differentiated instruction to meet learning needs of their learners. Finally, it has been suggested that English language teachers effectively implement differentiated instruction in process in their classroom practice.
