This study is qualitative an‎d quantitative search which sought to understan‎ding of EFL learners learning style, teachers teaching strategy an‎d then investigate the match an‎d match between learning style an‎d teaching strategy .In order to collect data an‎d find learnerʹs learning style ,Reidʹs perceptual learning style Questionnaire was completed by learners. The collected data analyzed using SPSS software. The study had following findings. It showed learners have multiple learning styles. Other factors such as age an‎d gender relationship with learners learning style have been investigated. The main purpose of the study was to investigate learners learning style an‎d teachers teaching strategy. Based on data analysis of research, results indicated that there is no match between learners learning style an‎d teachers teaching strategy. In other words, the observed teachers demonstrated limited strategies in classroom. Based on the evidence drawn from this study, results revealed teachersʹ inability in differentiated instruction to meet learning needs of their learners. Finally, it has been suggested that English language teachers effectively implement differentiated instruction in process in their classroom practice.
