چكيده
The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of training based on cognitive-behavioral regulation of emotion with a positivist approach on mental fatigue, cognitive flexibility and cognitive fusion of secondary school female students.The purpose of research is applied and it is a quasi-experimental research with pre-test and post-test.The statistical population of the research are female students of the second year of high school in the field of literature and humanities, district 1 of Shahrekord city in the academic year of 1402-1403. Among them, a group of 40 people is selected as a sample in an available manner and randomly divided into two experimental and control groups.The research tools are cognitive flexibility questionnaires by Dennis et al. (2010), mental fatigue by Smets (1996) and cognitive fusion by Gillanders et al. (2014). The validity of the questionnaire is confirmed by experts and their reliability is also estimated using Cronbach's alpha for cognitive flexibility questionnaire 0.765, mental fatigue 0.77 and cognitive fusion 0.796. The educational intervention is carried out in 10 sessions of 60 minutes. Analysis of covariance test is also used to analyze the data. The research findings will show that the impact of training based on cognitive-behavioral emotion regulation with a positive approach on mental fatigue (impact coefficient 0.238), cognitive flexibility (impact coefficient 0.208) and cognitive fusion (impact coefficient 0.204) is significant.
