In this research work, the interaction of hydroxyzine drug with metal cations such as cadmium, mercury, zinc, etc. in methanol solvent was investigated with the help of visible-ultraviolet spectroscopy. The molar ratio method was used to calculate the stoichiometry of the reactions and to determine the constant values of cation complex formation with the target drug. The above parameters were calculated using the method of fitting changes in absorption values in terms of molar ratio using a non-linear computer program. According to the formation constants of drug complex - different cations, the interaction is stronger in the presence of silver nanoparticles.
