The present study was designed to investigate the relationship between intrapersonal intelligence and ethnic identity with foreign language anxiety of bilingual EFL learners. 244 English students of Tabriz Payame Noor University filled out three questionnaires of the research. The study revealed that most of them benefit from high and moderate levels of intrapersonal intelligence. According to the findings Turkish- Persian bilinguals with higher levels of intrapersonal intelligence experience lower levels of foreign language anxiety. In addition, the participants scored moderate levels of ethnic identity, though the expected link between ethnic identity and foreign language anxiety wasn’t observed. Finally investigation of the relationship between intrapersonal intelligence and ethnic identity implied that further research and more evidence may confirm that there is a strongly positive relationship between these two psychological constructs.
