Abstract
The overall purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of 360-degree leadership on employeesʹ Organizational Belonging, emphasizing the role of Organizational Atmosphere among them in the Social Security Organization of East Azerbaijan Province. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of descriptive survey method. The statistical population of the present study is the employees of the Social Security Organization of East Azerbaijan Province, whose number is 812 people. The statistical sample size was estimated to be 261 using Cochranʹs relationship And is selected by stratified sampling method. Three questionnaire data collection tools; The 360-degree leadership questionnaire is Maxwell 360 Degree Leadership Questionnaire (2011) And Armstrongʹs Organizational Belonging questionnaire (2008) And the Lyle Sassman and Sam Deep (1989) Organizational Atmosphere questionnaire. After measuring the validity and reliability and ensuring it, it was provided to the statistical sample. In this study, after determining the normality of statistical data distribution by Kolomogrof-Smirnov test, Pearson correlation and regression tests and confirmatory factor analysis were used to test the research hypotheses. The results of the factor analysis test showed that 360-degree leadership has a positive and direct effect on employees Organizational Belonging and Organizational Atmosphere. The research results also showed that spatial planning has an effect on the Organizational Belonging of the employees of the Social Security Organization of East Azerbaijan Province.
