This study investigated the online learners’ attitudinal tendencies among different levels of proficiency in ‘Hakim Arya online institute’. The institute uses ‘Longman English Interactive Online Course’ to teach English online. Since it was believed the course materials and delivery could influence the learners’ attitude, first the course was evaluated through a modified version of evaluation questionnaires. The questionnaire was mailed to 17 experienced teachers and two of them were also interviewed. Generally, their ideas show that the course is an effective one. In the second phase of the research, a researcher-made questionnaire was distributed in two ways, online and on paper. The questionnaire was designed to measure attitude towards materials, teacher and learners’ role, system facility, and test administration. The data analysis results indicated their positive attitude towards the online course. In addition, it was proved that there is no significant difference among different levels of proficiency. It was also revealed that there is a significant difference between EFL learners’ in terms of their attitudes towards materials while not regarding the other factors. Moreover, the study showed that gender plays no role in the learners’ attitudinal tendencies.
